In our search for land, the cornerstone for our Vision, we couldn’t escape the emotions awakened by the area surrounding Airport Park from the day we put our eyes on its beauty and splendor. This is how the Airport Park vision took shape. In itself fueled by Prosperity, it created the energy that sustained us in pursuing our Vision, a vision of impacting the South Coast and beyond in ways far more significant than the obvious.
Investment opportunities like Airport Park do not just benefit the developers and investors with great financial rewards, but also uplift and impact the local community, a rarity in itself.
Driven by passion, we have committed living our lives, both in business and ministry, to achieve our vision, and have done so collectively for over half a century, learning to apply important keys that have been propelling us from one level to another.
WHY AIRPORT PARK
In our planning stages, we identified various aspects of development that would impact the area and meet specific needs in various market segments. Airport Park is joined by The Breezie, a development with a collection of facilities to service the community in the following ways.
PRIVATE UPMARKET LIVING

Airport Park along with The Breezie allow for various estates to be developed, with land size varying from 1 000m² to 12 000m² in secure individual, unique estates.
Beautiful open spaces will allow freedom for families to enjoy nature on their doorstep. This will bring lifestyle to the area, in contrast with other existing estates providing stands of only 400m2 - 1 000m2. An equestrian estate will create great interest, as it is typical of the local lifestyle.
PRIME RETAIL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES
We further identified the need for prime retail, office and commercial space, as the South Coast does not provide adequately for these needs. The airport plays an important role in this, as the planned extension of the runway will allow for the potential influx of sustainable business options.

The local market has such a shortage that waiting lists exceed ten years. Margate is one of the most popular retirement destinations in the country. These properties are expensive and in most instances, do not give ownership options to the occupants. We saw this as an important aspect of local development with part of The Breezie being perfectly positioned.
SUMMARY
