This is a unique opportunity to invest in the development of an exclusive 5-star Hotel to be built in Blaauwbergstrand.
You can invest in units of R100,000 each for a 12-month period and receive 19% annual return on investment.
The investor also has an option to buy a unit in the completed Hotel at a prize that is fixed at the date of signing the option. The option can either be sold on a later stage or it can be exercised to purchase a unit in the Hotel.
The Hotel will be managed by an International Hotel Group to be announced soon. If the investor exercises the option to buy, the room will form part of the rental pool which could yield a possible average annual return of 15% over a 5 year period. The owner will be allowed to use the room for own purposes for 30 days per year provided it is out of season.
