Intensive market research published over the last 2 years showed that vacation properties are generally badly underutilised and are invariably used largely during holiday periods, on average as little as 24 days of the year.

DEVELOPMENT
The development is lodged at the high end of the fractional ownership market. Owners will be able to spend from 14 days a year at one of 26 specially designed villas on the Nirvana Estate. The fraction period can either be used or rented out to worldwide patrons, where income generated is payable to specific owners and not to a rental pool. An annual levy ensures that exceptionally high standards are maintained.
An added advantage is that investors will have access to the world’s finest leisure and luxury exchange network. On completion of the resort a schedule of 5* resorts will be made available of resorts that will participate in this scheme.
